Our Start-ups Cohort is aimed at early-stage tech, digital and creative companies working towards product-market fit, initial revenue and investment readiness. We provide focused support through workspace, mentorship, expert advice and a collaborative community, helping founders build strong foundations and prepare for the next stage of growth.
GROWTH COHORT
'SCALE-READY BUSINESSES
Our Growth Cohort is designed for businesses with a proven market presence that are ready to take the next step in scaling their operations. It provides targeted support to help increase revenue, streamline processes and secure the growth capital needed to expand further.
PROGRAMME STRUCTURES
The Exchange Programme operates from the Campfield Campus in St. John’s, where both cohorts are based. It offers two tailored cohorts to support businesses at different stages of growth: the Start-ups Cohort, designed to help early-stage tech, digital and creative companies build strong foundations and gain traction; and the Growth Cohort, which supports more established businesses as they scale and expand.
What Both Cohorts Receive
Regardless of which cohort you’re part of, all Exchange members benefit from a curated set of resources and support, designed to help businesses and create a thriving business community.
Workspace
Members have access to flexible, high-quality workspace including hot desks, private offices, meeting rooms and collaborative zones that encourage collaboration and connection.
Mentorship & Coaching
Our mentorship and coaching brings together experienced industry leaders, entrepreneurs-in-residence, and subject matter experts who provide guidance across key areas such as technology, marketing, finance and legal frameworks.
Investment Readiness Support
To help founders navigate the funding landscape, we provide investment readiness support, offering expert advice on everything from early-stage angel investment to securing venture capital and preparing for Series A rounds.
Networking & Community
The programme is built around a strong sense of community and connection. Members join a vibrant network of like-minded entrepreneurs and gain access to a wider ecosystem of alumni and partner organisations across St. John’s and Leeds Dock.
Alumni Network
The Exchange experience doesn’t end when the programme finishes. Through our alumni network, members receive continued support, opportunities to reconnect and access to exclusive events that help sustain momentum well beyond their time in the programme.
